And their Web site has a printable location guide, so you can seek out a cheap meal wherever you go. Well, almost. Capriotti’s is a close second.

We love burgers as much as the next guy, but we want our bargain meals to be a little more substantial, and that’s where Wok On In comes in. A bowl of choose-your-own Mongolian barbecue stir-fry is just $8.99, and comes with rice, soup and sesame flatbread, quite the satisfying combination.
