Just in time for spring break, Hexx Kitchen + Bar at Paris Las Vegas has introduced new brunch specialties, inviting revelers to pair the items with bottomless mimosas and other adult beverages every Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Created by Executive Chef Matthew Piekarski, these new items join a menu of signature favorites including the the “Cinnaroll” waffle, topped with cream cheese frosting, cinnamon and sugar.
