Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, located in Downtown Summerlin, will be going green for St. Patrick’s Day with a chile verde plate and a green margarita, “Luck of the Pancho,” offered all day on Friday, March 17.

Pancho’s will bring the luck of the Irish to both lunch and dinner with the savory chili verde plate, featuring thick chunks of pork cooked in a green chile sauce.

A festive twist on Pancho’s traditional house margarita, Luck of the Pancho is made with Sauza Blue Reposado tequila, triple sec, housemade margarita mix and kiwi puree, garnished with a green sugar rim and lime, priced at $10.25.
