With four sold-out culinary road stops now fading in the rearview mirror, Chef Scott Commings continues to tear up the road and is set to celebrate vintage downtown Las Vegas on Wednesday, July 19, for his monthly Culinary Road Trip series at the Downtown Grand. Dishes include antipasti, meatballs and eggplant Parmesan, all outfitted with a period-correct cocktail and dessert.
For one night only, Friday, June 23, Chef Mario Batali and Joe Bastianichs flagship New York City destination, Babbo Ristorante e Enoteca, will stage a pop-up dinner at B&B Ristorante IN The Venetian. Encompassing four courses complemented by wine pairings, the Babbo pop-up dinner will begin at 7 p.m. and be presented by Babbo Executive Chef Frank Langello. The event represents the newest installment of Batali & Bastianich Hospitality Groups guest chef dinner series, which launched this spring.
