Spend this Valentines Day enjoying a dinner just as spectacular as the view. Indulge in the four-course menu while admiring the romantic 280-degree panoramic view of the Las Vegas Strip, inside Alizé at the Top of the Palms.
Executive chef Chris Bulen is creating an exclusive multicourse Valentines Day menu with a decadent dessert duo made by the corporate pastry chef Tammy Alana. The Valentines Day tasting menu will be available Tuesday, Feb. 14, from 5 to 10 p.m.
The special dinner starts with an amuse bouche of cardamom and brioche panna cotta with port wine gelée.
First-course selections are foie gras torchon, crab and tomato bisque, or chilled roasted beet salad.
Second-course selections are spice crusted venison carpaccio, seared diver scallops or heirloom quinoa cake.
Entree choices are filet of prime beef, pan-roasted chicken breast, braised Iberico pork cheeks or grilled darne of salmon.
Dessert duo are red ruby and pink grapefruit sweet cakes with elderflower honey meringue and chocolate raspberry macaroon with espresso bean mocha sauce
The price is $165 per person. A dinner wine pairing is available for an additional $65 per person or a sparkling wine toast for an additional $10 per person.
