Andiron Steak & Sea in Downtown Summerlin will host an intimate dinner with Executive Chef Robert Camacho featuring premium wagyu beef from Australias top regional producers. This chef dinner will take place Tuesday, Feb. 21, at 6:30 p.m. From Darling Downs, one of Australias largest wagyu producers, to Mayura Station, a boutique wagyu producer, the February chef dinner series will delight a variety of beef-loving palettes.
Tickets to the chef dinner series are $65 per person, not inclusive of tax and gratuity, and can be purchased online at www.andironsteak.com. An optional wine pairing is available for an additional $35.
The Australian Wagyu Beef Chef Dinner menu includes an appetizer of Darling Downs wagyu sirloin with seared tataki, grilled skewers of shishito peppers and classic tartare. That is followed by a Thai beef salad featuring Mayura Station wagyu tri-tip.
The entree is slow-braised, bone-in short rib, featuring Kerwee wagyu short rib and accompanied by potato Lyonnaise, caramelized onions and roasted heirloom carrots. Dessert is a brown butter pound cake with chocolate mascarpone and caramel corn.
Located at 1720 Festival Plaza Drive in Downtown Summerlin, Andiron is situated on the north side of the shopping and dining destination near Ethan Allen.
