Fall in love this Valentine’s Day at Therapy

Love can’t last without Therapy — Valentine’s Day dinner that is! Therapy restaurant, located in the heart of the Fremont East Entertainment District, will introduce a romantic Valentine’s Day menu available Tuesday, Feb. 14.

Designed for love birds to share, the menu is priced at $40 per person and includes a shared appetizer, entree, shared dessert and a complimentary bottle of J. Brut sparkling wine or Astoria Japanese sparkling wine.

Created by Chef Talen Lancaster, the three-course meal begins with a choice between: empanadas, made with oxtail, veggies or spicy chorizo; almond-stuffed dates, wrapped in bacon; a baked ricotta dish with truffled fig jam, roasted almonds, cranberry and walnut crostini; chicken meatballs, served with jalapeno cilantro pesto; or Therapy’s signature salad, made with radish, Granny Smith apples, candied walnuts with blue cheese crumbles and white balsamic vinaigrette.

Entree options will include: Dominic’s Hunters chicken, served with mashed potatoes and red wine mushroom sauce; sliced steak, served with a chimichurri sauce and fried onion strings; or Therapy’s fresh fish selection.

Dinner will conclude with dessert options, including: cast iron s’mores, crumbled carrot cake, La Dolce Vita macadamia cheesecake or sorbet. Therapy will also be serving a holiday cocktail, the Stupid Cupid, throughout the entire month of February priced at $10.
