Honey Salt welcomes Other Mamas Daniel Krohmer to the Guest Chef Dinner Series combining two distinct local tastes into a night of flavor, food and fun Tuesday, March 7, at 6:30 p.m.
The Guest Chef Dinner is $54 per person, not including tax and gratuity. Guests can also raise their glasses with an optional wine pairing for an additional $25 per person.
The menu will begin with a sadako welcome cocktail (Japanese whiskey, aperol, lemon and amaro). Passed appetizers include salmon tartare, kabocha pancake and chicken-fried Kobe beef.
Appetizers are followed by a a tonnato salad of shaved Utah pork, bitter greens and tarragon vinaigrette. The main dish is a spicy seafood stew of shishito peppers, fennel, miso-tomato broth and johnny cakes.
Dessert is a poached pear crostada with Shio Koji ice cream.
