FYZICAL helps patients take back their lives by living pain free

Too many Las Vegas residents are living with some sort of constant pain, and the staffs of FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Las Vegas want to end as many of these problems as they can.

FYZICAL has the staff and resources to attack chronic pain in two distinct ways.

The first is from the balance side, the second way FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers approach pain-free living is through their orthopedic services. The centers are well-known for them, but they are not resting on their backsides.

The FYZICAL centers are continually updating their services to bring patients the most up-to-date tools and techniques for achieving a pain-free life.

Dr. Jimmy Pajuheshfar (don’t be afraid of the pronunciation - it’s easy: Pa-ju-hesh-far), PT, DPT is the clinical director at one of the four FYZICAL clinics, located on Cheyenne Ave. He and his team of Doctors of Physical Therapy have been helping patients reach their optimum wellness goals for nearly a decade.

He says FYZICAL is the premier Physical Therapy destination in Las Vegas because “it’s a place you’d want to send your mother, father, spouse, and other loved ones.”

This recommendation doesn’t come from just ordinary service, said Dr. Pajuheshfar, or “Dr. Jimmy” as many call him.

“Our centers treat more than just the injury,” he said. “Our team treats the whole person. This holistic model allows our patients to return to their highest level of wellness, and that’s critical these days as people strive to enjoy longer quality lives. We’re not satisfied just treating what hurts. We want to ensure our patients leave our clinic and can do what they’ve always done – pain free - so that means dig deeper.”

FYZICAL always encourages patients to participate in the development of their own wellness plans. When they arrive at FYZICAL, Dr. Pajuheshfar said, each patient sits down with a physical therapist and creates a plan designed around their individual needs. These personalized plans to enhance wellness, not written solely by a therapist but with dedicated input from the patient, include access to evidence-based exercise and hands-on techniques incorporating the latest in wellness technology. This can include myofascial cupping, MiracleWave therapy, vibration therapy, dry needling, and blood-flow restriction training. These techniques, Dr. Pajuheshfar said, are all designed to reduce adhesions and trigger points and improve blood flow to the muscles of the body, which, in turn, encourages pain-free movement. The centers also offer medically based massage, Pilates and long-term fitness programs.

“Our patients meet one-on-one with their clinical team each visit to make sure they’re on track to meet all of their wellness goals and work out a plan to maintain these improvements!”

“From the future professional athlete to the grandparent who isn’t willing to give up hiking and traveling and playing with their grandchildren, we want all to live their best lives, to love their lives.”

The FYZICAL sites in the greater Las Vegas area are located at 3820 S. Jones Blvd.; at 401 N. Buffalo Dr., Suite 120; or 9070 W. Cheyenne Ave., Suite 100. The Henderson location is at 9005 S. Pecos Road, Suite 2520 in Henderson.

New patients should call 702-818-5000 for more information.
