JK Nelson Law provides affordable, high-quality legal service

JK Nelson Law considers itself a diverse practice, and apparently, its clients do, too.

In 2020, JK Nelson Law won Gold in the categories of Bankruptcy Lawyer and Family Law, and was the Silver Winner in Divorce Law, Elder Law and Probate/Estate Law as well.

Jonathan K. Nelson, managing attorney of the practice for more than seven years, is modest when it comes to talking about his wins. But his business has been thriving and his office has now grown to include two associates and numerous support staff to handle their clients’ need across offices in Las Vegas, Henderson, and Pahrump.

Jonathan believes it is his staff’s ability to empathize that has caused his practice to grow, and for existing clients to refer friends and family to the firm.

“We believe in social media and advertising, but what I believe draws people to our firm is our ability to recognize and understand what people are really going through during these emotionally draining life events. Whether it’s filing for bankruptcy, a divorce, estate planning or elder law issues, these are typically events that people experience once in a lifetime or very infrequently and so our clients’ worries and concerns are heightened. Our dedicated team works hard to address the client’s concerns and ensure they know we’ve got them covered and that it is as stress free as possible.” Jonathan said.

While the safety and protectionary needs of the Covid-19 pandemic have caused JK Nelson to alter some of its operating practices such as adding telephonic and video intakes, the firm still maintains its dedication to prompt client responses and addressing clients’ legal needs, even if that means handling calls after hours.

In addition to the areas of law the practice was honored for, the firm handles personal injury and motor vehicle accidents, criminal defense, and estate planning.

The firm offers a free initial consultation as part of Jonathan’s dedication to offering “affordable and high-quality legal service that remains committed to treating its clients like they are family, and fighting for them like the staff would fight for themselves.”

“We are honored by these Best of Vegas awards and believe that the recognitions are a result of the firm’s dedication to prioritizing our customers over everything else,” he said.

New or existing clients who need a consultation should call the main office number at 702-727-9900 or toll free at 775-727-9900. The offices are located at 7455 Arroyo Crossing, Suite 220 in Las Vegas, 10120 S. Eastern Ave., Suite 200 in Henderson, and at 41 N. Highway 160, Suite 8 in Pahrump.
